Have you ever been in a situation on a roadway where either you or someone you know has been pulled over by a patrolman for either speeding or maybe running a red light? As the officer approaches your car and explains the violation involved, you respond by saying that “there were other drivers going at the same speed, so why me?” The officer may even agree with you, but he still tickets you for the violation.
