BEACH BUGGY BANTER: It’s the season of excuses for those driving beaches without a permit. I’ll offer a quick excuse primer. And nobody knows the babbling explanations I’ve heard over the decades.
First, I’m the farthest thing from a snitch regarding permit-lacking beach drivers. If I were, I’d be calling the cops a dozen times a weekend when at the Holgate end.
