I am a long time Beach Haven homeowner who purchases many seasonal beach tags for my family every year. A family I am friends with rented a house in Surf City for the week. I drove up and was going to sit on the beach with them for lunch. I was approached by a badge checker and was told I would have to buy a day pass even when I showed her my seasonal passes for Beach Haven.
