Getting a gymnastics squad prepared for this season has been a challenge. Of course, when last season ended in November 2019, nobody expected the next one to be pushed back by more than a year.
Typically, the Southern Regional gymnastics team begins training in July to prepare for the fall campaign scheduled to begin in September ,when school opens for the new year.
