My husband and I have walked many miles over the years while beachcombing the shores of Long Beach Island. We have come across many treasures. We have found unusual shells, a whale rib, numerous bones and teeth, bottles and sea glass. We have found pieces of tiles from the Fortuna shipwreck. During one adventure, a deadeye effortlessly swished its way in a wave directly beneath my feet. A shadow box is filled with some of these treasures.
