One dyed her hair purple for the summer softball season. The other was borderline obsessed with getting to know boys while sitting poolside between tournament games. Together through 14 years, Taylor Bass and Tatiyana Ford have developed into a formidable battery with personalities as different as night and day.
‘I can be really loud and outspoken about things on the field,” said Ford, Southern Regional’s pitcher during the past few seasons. “Taylor doesn’t really get loud. She’ll get her point across a bit more quietly.
