To the Editor:
On Wednesday, Nov. 27 at 7 p.m. there will be a hearing at the Surf City municipal building regarding permission for continuing outdoor seating at Wally’s restaurant in Surf City.
As a long-time resident of LBI, my family and friends have enjoyed Wally’s outdoor dining in recent years, as well as that at other restaurants. Preserving these much-needed social spaces and activities that go on there are critical for both residents and visitors to the Island.
