On Aug. 4, the Stafford Township Recreation Department welcomed a small but hearty bunch of sailors as they set out to conquer Manahawkin Lake in nothing but cardboard and duct tape during the 19th annual Cardboard Boat Regatta, part of the National Night Out festivities at Manahawkin Lake Park.
