A combination of experience, depth and talent goes a long way in the pool, and the Southern Regional swim teams have made the most of those three elements the past few years. During last year’s limited season, the Rams used that combination to go undefeated. Whether they can this season will be answered sometime in February.

For now, the Rams head into the new season, which starts Friday with a home contest against Brick Memorial, with the same expectations – to keep improving as they win.

“We want to continue to grow and push the team to its fullest potential,” said boys coach Patrick Craig.
