Parker Nork is in the hearts of many among the senior class at Southern Regional High School, and the boys lacrosse team wears the Parker’s Army logo on their right sleeves for a reason.
“We’re playing with a purpose. We’re playing for Parker,” said senior Joe Kessler, who fired in three goals to help lead the Rams to a 10-8 win over Eastern on June 5, as Southern earned a spot in the NJSIAA South Jersey Group 4 championship. “Our mindset today was that this wasn’t going to be the last game.”
Head coach John Pampalone knows all too well what this season means for most of his players.
