At an agenda meeting scheduled for Thursday, April 27 at 4 p.m., the Beach Haven Borough Council will continue discussions on a proposed skate park.

Councilwoman Jaime Baumiller had recently proposed the facility for Walsh Field. She said it was the best fit out of three proposed locations, which also included behind the old police station building and on Taylor Avenue. Baumiller said the Walsh site would cover less than 3% of the park’s area, which is 211,000 square feet.
