To the Editor:
Our family would like to extend sincere thanks to the Surf City police officers and EMS personnel who responded to several 911 calls for medical assistance over the past months. During these stressful situations, the police officers and EMTs arrived quickly and acted professionally and compassionately. We feel very fortunate to be living in a community where we can count on these dedicated personnel when needed.
