To the Editor:

I have been reading about the pros and cons (mostly cons) of wind turbines for years now in your paper. I am appalled at the letters in the last few issues dealing with “the view.” I think that we should all be concerned about what kind of a world we are leaving to our children and grandchildren and not a minor inconvenience as to visuals.

Global warming is real. Its effects can clearly be seen on Long Beach Island and all other barrier islands.
