Summer 2023 hasn’t rushed in as early as during the passed pandemic race from the city, and because of that, an ample choice of vacation rentals is still available, according to real estate professionals.
“This year there are definitely more weeks remaining than there has been before and during COVID, but during COVID we increased our rentals,” said Amanda Mathes of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Zack Shore, Realtors’ Beach Haven office.
