Halloween events kick off on Friday, Oct. 24 at the Ship Bottom boat ramp, located just off the Causeway on Shore Avenue. Sponsored by the Ship Bottom Police Department, the fourth annual event is slated to take place between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m.
