A little more than three months after being authorized to begin a preliminary investigation into whether the LBI Grade School property qualifies as a condemnation area in need of redevelopment, a public hearing on the matter is expected to be held by the Ship Bottom Land Use Board May 21.
As required by law, a public hearing will be held for “all persons who are interested in or would be affected by a determination that the property is a condemnation development area.
