It’s (almost) the most wonderful time of the year! Kick off the season with family, friends and neighbors at Little Egg Harbor’s second annual tree lighting.

The festivities will begin at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 28 outside the municipal building (665 Radio Rd.). Savor your first bites of Christmas cookies and warm up with some hot cocoa. See a live nativity and bring your camera for family photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus. There will be kids crafts and face painting available as well.

Bring new, unwrapped toys: Pinelands School Based Youth Services will have a donation box for its toy drive on site. Girl Scout Troop 60920 is will be collecting wrapping paper at the event.

The tree lighting is free and open to all – just bring some holiday spirit!
