To the Editor:
We have owned a house on 76th Street in Harvey Cedars for 24 years and rented and lived in the borough for a total of 29 years. Recently, I walked our dogs from my house to Black Eyed Susans and back. For the first time in all 29 years, I felt safe walking to and from town.
