To the Editor:
Just a reminder to residents and visitors that bikers riding at night should have headlights and rear lights as well as reflectors so drivers and pedestrians can see them. Also, pedestrians have the right of way in a crosswalk whether marked or unmarked. These rules are according to the New Jersey motor vehicle handbook.
