To the Editor:
All the noise and commotion about skyrocketing electric bills and the installation of the so-called smart meters by Atlantic City Electric will be exactly that, just noise, unless we get representation on the Board of Public Utilities. The ratepayers of Ocean County and southern New Jersey have little or no input on tariff petitions by utility companies. This representation is long overdue.
