With a new boys volleyball program, it’s easy for the guys to get a little overzealous as they try to learn the differences between playing the game in gym class and becoming a cohesive, competent unit at the varsity level.

“We have some who have just joined the team this year, and a lot of our guys didn’t know how much fun volleyball is to play,” said Pinelands Regional head coach Kathy Bennett. “So now that they know, they’re really getting into it.
