We live on 17th Street in Surf City and love The SandPaper!
Last Labor Day weekend, I took these photos of my 1-year-old golden retriever named Teddy (Instagram handle @teddy_thegolden_bear_cub). In one of the photos, he is looking over the bulkhead at the 17th Street bay beach, but it was too late to submit for the Labor Day edition.
