One of the key takeaways from Ship Bottom-based architect Michael Pagnotta’s presentation at the LBI Consolidated Board of Education meeting Dec. 6 is his willingness to work with borough officials and neighbors of the LBI Grade School site in developing the property, located between Central Avenue and East Bay Terrace.
