As a longtime resident of LBI and a former owner of Cafe Bacio, I have read many articles regarding outdoor dining. I am a resident on the north end so I can see how successful it has been in Harvey Cedars. I appreciate how much time Commissioner Imperiale has committed in making this happen. He understands the long-term plans to help make a business successful.
