I was taken aback when I read the headline “Atlantic Shores: Turbine Visibility Will be Rare, Rutgers Study Says” in the July 2 edition of The SandPaper. Even if you accept the claim of the Atlantic Shores representative that the turbines would only be visible 30% of the time during the month of July (which I do not) by whose definition is 30% of the time “rare”?
