To the Editor:
As a homeowner in Beach Haven, I am writing to express my frustration and surprise that the property at the corner of Fifth Street and Bay Avenue, which is currently a dilapidated gas station, remains for sale for over two years. This eyesore is in a prime location on the Island and yet remains vacant and unkempt, with garbage piles at the back.
