The New Jersey Supreme Court earlier this month denied a request to review a case involving the Long Beach Township Land Use Board’s rejection of a residential subdivision application from the owner of the lot in Brighton Beach that formerly housed Kubel’s Too.
This past June, the state Superior Court, Appellate Division, reinstated the decision of the LBT LUB in a reversal of Judge Marlene Lynch Ford’s original ruling in Ocean County.
