The Beach Haven Public Library will host a “Medicare & You” educational workshop on Friday, Nov. 6 at 1 p.m.
The presenter is Tina Marie Cappabianca, founder of Retiree Solutions and a licensed Medicare specialist. Retiree Solutions is an independent Medicare insurance agency that helps individuals and organizations navigate Medicare with confidence and clarity.
The talk will cover understanding Medicare enrollment timelines and avoiding costly penalties, overview of Medicare Parts A, B, C and D, Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plans vs. Medicare Advantage plans – key differences and considerations, Social Security basics and common Medicare myths and mistakes, and how to help a parent or spouse apply for Medicare.
