I bring up record lowness as a lead-in to what many knowledgeable coastal folks saw as the lowest bayside blow-out tides ever seen hereabouts. A heap of those low tide witnesses harbor many a blowout tide under their belts, thus their anecdotal reports hold more water. Assuredly, things got limbo low.
