Even with changes to its name and schedule, the two-day, 10th annual LBI Invitational Kite Festival planned for this weekend promises to bring more of the same high-flying fun and activities for the family.
With events slated to be held on Friday and Saturday, Oct. 11 and 12 in Ship Bottom and Long Beach Township, the main kite fields are located between 18th and 22nd streets in Ship Bottom.
