To the Editor:
We are lucky to live in a place that has a strong sense of community. Moving here permanently in 2020, I’ve had the opportunity to see many acts of kindness – usually from afar. Recently that kindness was given to my family.
On Sunday, Oct. 8, while walking to the beach for LBI FLY, my mother took a tumble, failing to negotiate an uneven sidewalk on East 21st Street in Ship Bottom.
