To the Editor:
Like many others before me, I am writing about the offshore windmill project. I have over 50 years on the Jersey Shore and, to me, as for many others, the raw beauty of the shore and the view to the horizon is unparalleled. At the same time, I want to be clear, I am certainly not against efforts to implement new sources of clean energy.
That said, what perplexes me is how the beauty of the ocean and the shore are not worthy of the same protections of our more inland resources.
