To the Editor:
As we approach the end of summer I am reminded that this year Harvey Cedars voters will have the opportunity to vote for the three commissioners who govern the borough. My wife and I have owned our Harvey Cedars property since 1977 and have been full-time residents since 2006.
My concern in writing to you is that the form of borough government under which we operate allows the three elected commissioners to choose which of them will hold the office of mayor.
