The following responds to a letter (“TDS Is …,” 11/12) from Edward Schwind.
To the Editor:
Mr. Schwind, I read your piece and was stunned by most of it. First let me state that TDS is empty. It reflects very little in truth and is opposed to facts. It would take a multipage response to cover all the things you presented.
