To the Editor:
My brother Christopher Ciccarelli wanted to propose to his girlfriend, Michele Malone, at their favorite place: LBI. Little did he know that it was going to be a good story to tell (at least we think so).
My brother wanted to make his proposal as special as he could for Michele; he just needed help on the details. That’s where I came in. I am his little sister. He called me, asking if I could help take some pictures of the engagement and help him come up with a plan on exactly how to do it to make it as magical as he could.
