This is what they call a “last hurrah.” They’re getting the cooler filled with ice. They’ve got the car loaded with bikes and chairs. Both the fuel tank in the boat and the propane tank for the grill are full. They have that little yapper dog packed into its box. They’ve Facebooked all their “shore” friends to see if they’ll be seeing The Benjamins at Joe Pop‘s or Lima Bean Riot at Nardi’s on Saturday night.
