The following is an open letter to Beach Haven Mayor Nancy Davis.
Dear Mayor Davis:
I am a 50-plus-year resident of LBI (my parents purchased a home in Brant Beach when I was 10 years old in 1968). I have spent summers on LBI every year since and now, being almost retired, my wife and I will be on LBI the vast majority of the year.
