To the Editor:
We are happy to announce that this year’s 26th Annual Striped Bass Derby was a great success. With 38 boats and over 150 anglers participating in our new combination of weigh-in and catch and release format, there were 20 stripers weighed in and over 200 released. Best of all, with the help of our wonderful sponsors we raised $50,000 for the Beach Haven Fire Co. and the Beach Haven First Aid Squad.
