To the Editor:
My wife and I are residents of Beach Haven. The recent bad storm knocked out our power about 10 p.m. Tuesday evening, Jan. 9. When I ventured outside Wednesday morning, I was amazed to see the utility pole near our house “snapped off” at the top. It was clear the repair crews had been there sometime in the night because the amount of debris was minimal and there were orange cones around the site.
