On Oct. 7, during a gloomy and rainy day, a fantastic lecture titled “A Citizen’s Look at the U.S. Constitution” was presented at the LBI branch of the Ocean County Library by John Imperiale. It was Imperiale’s third presentation in a series of American history talks. Along with being deputy mayor of Harvey Cedars, John is also a frequent lecturer on American history and governmental and community relations.
This talk thoroughly explained in detail why and how the U..S Constitution was created.
