To the Editor:
William Entrikin’s column (“Corporate Takeover of Gov’t Spurs Need for Real Debate,” 8/23) is among the most thoughtful and intelligent that I have ever read in its pages. Granted, I don’t read many of them, and one could make the argument that The SandPaper is at its best when it’s a fun, community newspaper that avoids politics altogether.
