To the Editor:
Regarding the story “Construction Hours Tweaked in Harvey Cedars” (2/22), several months ago I wrote a letter supporting an 8 a.m. construction start year ’round. Now I see that it is not being enacted, in spite of the overwhelming support of the Harvey Cedars Taxpayers Association and the deputy mayor.
A taxpayers association survey stated that over 75% of its members wanted a consistent year-round start time of 8 a.m.
