The Ocean County Soil Conservation District is joining Ship Bottom’s fight to have its roadways clear of water, sand, mud, and other debris related to the final phase of the Causeway expansion and rehabilitation project.
“They seem very concerned,” Kathleen Flanagan, borough coordinator, said Dec. 18.
