The eighth annual Arctic Outreach (A Community Clambake of Arctic Proportions) combines giving, loving remembrance, laughing, eating and drinking, shopping, playing, dancing and celebrating the ties that bind the LBI region. The day of frosty fun is set for Saturday, Feb. 25, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Mud City Crab House in Manahawkin.
