To the Editor:
In a 3 to 2 vote, the Beach Haven Borough Council voted to disband teen night. This decision was supported by a large majority of residents, and for valid reasons.
Michael Battista, owner of the Marlin Restaurant & Bar, is now threatening to sue the borough because he wasn’t given ample notice to prepare for the projected lost revenue Mr. Battista’s threat should be taken seriously. He has sued the borough twice before, once in 1997 and again in 2016. This would be his third time.
