The Holiday Snack Bar’s dispute with Beach Haven took a new turn with the eatery recently receiving a letter from the borough mandating that various items be moved from the right-of-way.
Borough Manager Sherry Mason said these items include a flagpole, trash enclosures, portions of six dining tables, a bike rack, any pedestrian walkways, planters, benches and decorations.
