It’s back to the drawing board for an ordinance adopted late last month by the Beach Haven Borough Council that set requirements for mooring boats in the borough’s riparian grant area at the corner of Pearl Street and West Avenue.
Mayor Nancy Davis voted against the ordinance, saying it was too restrictive. She later recommended that the ordinance be repealed, which was done at the council’s May 13 meeting.
