An ordinance adopted by the Beach Haven Borough Council Monday night, Dec. 12, will lease a portion of the emergency operations center based in the old Coast Guard station to the Beach Haven Volunteer Fire Co.
The 18-month lease agreement will cost the fire company $1 per month for the “public purpose of fire, rescue and emergency services for the benefit of the entire Borough of Beach Haven.”
