The Beach Haven Land Use Board has denied an application by the Holiday Snack Bar to increase outdoor seating at its Centre Street establishment.
The vote was actually 4-3 in favor of the application, but because it was a “D Variance,” at least five votes were needed for approval, said board secretary Gina Sauchelli. The applicant was seeking permission for 48 outdoor seats and 24 indoors.
