An ordinance adopted by the Beach Haven Borough Council at an agenda meeting last week will set requirements for mooring boats in the borough’s riparian grant area at the corner of Pearl Street and West Avenue.
According to the ordinance, no person can moor a boat in the area unless obtaining a permit, at no cost. Permits will be valid from January to December of each calendar year, with a maximum of 10 permits to be issued annually.
